Prof. Dr. C. Gigante Qiang Chow Mac Baine is an Allopathic and Naturopathic Medical Practitioner, Psychologist, Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (London), and Founder and Medical Advisor of the Jeet Kune Do Health and Humanitarian Organisation LtdŽ (JKDHHOŽ). He is a Full Instructor in Gung Fu/JKD, and Re-establishing Founder/Sigung of Chow Wuyi Dao Modified Gung FuŽ (JKD).

Prof. Dr. Mac Qiang began his Martial Arts Training originally in the mid 1960s in the Chinese Martial Arts, as well as Boxing, Wrestling, Moo Duk Kwan, Karate, and Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do, and holds earned Black belts in Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and Karate, and Black sashes in two different styles of Gung Fu. During this time he had the great opportunity to be trained by or under: Master Ray Minger, Grandmaster William Cheung, Grandmaster Kang Rhee, Soke Tak Kubota, Sifu Jerry Poteet, Grandmaster Victor Kan Wei Kit, and most recently, Soke Don Madden, Soke Richard Morris, Renshi Prof. Thomas of Ireland, Sifu Ted Wong, Sifu Skip Ellsworth, as well as attending workshops conducted by students of Sifu Richard Bustillo.
Prof. Dr. Mac is presently living and teaching in Thailand in the Assumption University of Thailand and be the MAA-I Representative Director of Thailand.
