Mizumichi Ryu Bujutsu
A classic “Samurai Method,” that uses a systematic approach to learning martial movements (kinematics), following the prescribed principles of the classic Samurai of Feudal Nippon (Japan).
Practitioners learn functional movements (often with weapons) in an encouraging, cooperative and disciplined environment such that each individual, regardless of age, re-awakens the sleeping warrior-spirit within.
