Quintelier Patrick, born in 25th April 1956, is the founder of Subak Yu Sul and he has the following black belt ranks:
4th Degree Hankido
4th Degree Hapkido from The Korea Hapkido Federation
6th Degree Hapkido; Global Hapkido Federation
7th Degree in Subak Yu Sul, awarded by European Traditional Martial Arts Association

Quintelier Patrick is also the president of the Belgian Taekkyon Federation.

Subak Yu Sul is a Hapkido application of Traditional Taekkyon, wich is trained additional to Taekkyon.
Subak Yu Sul was founded in Belgium, Europe, the 8th May 2003.
